So, fo me personally, Wortox is on the thin line of being very powerful but not op, that being said he is not this powerful. Unless you are truly demented and are doing a 1 Hp run, you should always be wearing armor as it makes you die slower, and Wortox still can die very easily without armor. Putting this into context, a hoard of spiders persuing you in the wrong area can easily kill you in 10 hits instead of the usual 50 with a log suit or football helmet. Yes, a alternative and easily obtainable healing source he jas but it isn't strong enough to counter the lack of armor. Tbh this sounds like someone who has read about the perks and is making assumptions based on that instead of actual practice. I'm most likely wrong about this, but it seems like someone who wrote based on what thru can do on paper vs what they can do in practice.

This actually still is the same. While you can no longer completely bamboozle them, the time it takes for them to jump into the water, swim, and jump back out will give a player enough time to make what they can to fight them off.

It is actually the perfect amount since any more would allow for much to easy stockcading and any lower would make it a pain to manage since it would be to low. 20 is in a sort of goldilocks zone where he can neither have too many he can never use them frivolously without quickly running out but is also high enough to not make it a absolute pain of constanly refilling the low amount you can. This is opinion, but 20 seems like the perfect number for the amount of souls you can carry.

Ah yes, just completely shoot him in the leg to make him significantly more weak. While this may seem like a good idea in theory, it makes the game a nightmare to play since you no longer haveany room for error in any fight. It makes it so that he no longer is this character with a special resource that he has to carefully manage to maintain his power and instead becomes a character that makes it so that bosses and hound waves unnecessarily unfair. I understand that it you playstyle, but you are not the example, you are the outlier. A charcter would need a high level of power to compensate foe this downside, and Wortox doesn't fit the bill.

Thats a way blatent exaggerated hyperbolic statment. She is very good at most, not this false goddess you speak of. It fine to use hyperbole, but please don't use it to this extreme as it can actually confuse someone seeking help like the OP.

And that she has nothing when removed from the swamp, which is my main problem with her. Unlike other characters, you are inheritly relient on building a giant community and sticking with them, which is fine but it leaves the problem that once detatched, she loses a tremendous amount of power. While not blatently said, this should also be considered a downside for her since its a key part of her kit.

Except for sanity drain of wet things, and lighting. You those those 2 things that can easily destroy characters if they don't counter them.
The bottom line is that Wortox is a more mobile and varied character whose souls can be used in a verity of situations tp turn the tides on his favor, but requires constant upkeep to maintain a healthy level of souls to keep his massive potential. While Wurt is a character that can become one of the best with time, but requires a lot of time to get to that point and will lose a large majority of her power once she needs to do stuff beyond the trip from the swamp.
