$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare requisitions and releases of liens (ROL) within the Accounts Receivable process. (AIA Billing Required)
Process AP for Business Units
Perform general ledger entries in multiple accounting software packages
Assist with month-end close process
Support the Accounting Department with special projects as needed.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Preferred
2+ years of Construction Accounting experience + 1 year of Job Costing experience in Construction
Equivalent combination of experience + education will be considered.
Must understand AIA Billing, Lien Releases, and Job Costing
Success Factors:
Strong problem-solving skills with the utmost attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Highly organized and able to meet deadlines consistently.
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word required.
